Hi friends, and welcome to the course of emotional intelligence. My name is ___________, and today I will be talking about the various aspects of how you can be emotionally intelligent.
Have you ever been with people who tend to place themselves in other situations?
Do you often feel somebody else’s pain?
Are you able to control your emotions and learn to detach from toxin relationships and situations?
If your answer is a yes, you may just be on the path towards being an emotionally intelligent person. Even if you are not, do not worry, this is the main reason I have designed this course. Before I venture deep into the topic, let me briefly understand what emotional intelligence is all about.
